Paddy

Between 3 to 5 months after planting, paddy is harvested from the paddy field and dried before being sent to mills, where it is checked for quality and weight before processing.

Brown

From dried paddy, brown rice is milled to become semi-processed rice. The inedible outer hull is removed and can be used as a source of energy

Milled

Semi-processed brown rice can be milled further, removing its husk, bran, and germ layers to varying degrees. This changes the appearance and flavor of the crop and, importantly, extends its storage life. This is because the oil that the milling process removes is susceptible to oxidation and degradation. After milling, the rice is polished, resulting in a shiny white finish to the seed. Milled rice is an appetizing source of carbohydrates and protein, and can be enhanced with added minerals and vitamins to increase its nutritional value.

Parboiled

Soaking, pressure steaming, and drying rice prior to milling produce parboiled rice. As a consequence of this process, nutrients are driven from the bran to the kernel, so that milling removes less of the rice’s nutritional value than it would do otherwise. Parboiled rice is firm and less prone to overcooking than other forms of rice. This makes it a key ingredient in commercial products such as canned or frozen foods.

Receiving Of Wheat

Grading

The purpose of Goli Grader is to sorl the under size potatoes that is less than 40 mm size.

Washing (Washer Rooter Tub)

The facility permits the provision of rotary washer in which potatoes are washed with the rotary action to get the highly washed potatoes. Optionally, this step is exempted for unwashed potatoes.

Washing/Dusting/ Chemical Spray

Washing is done through nozzle sprays and chemical spray implies wax coating and anti- sprouting application as per customer requirements and destination wise to prevent weight loss. lf there is any hint of dust that will be removed via duster. For unwashed potatoes, no washing with nozzle spray, only dust can be removed via duster.

Sorting

At this stage, potatoes are sorted. The criteria based on sorting of under quality potatoes.

Drying

Our Products

In mutton we deal in meat of goat and big lamb in the weight range of 8Kg to 12 Kg per carcass. Whole carcass is packaged in the cotton cloth and is exported to the client’s location.
In beef we deal in young bull and buffalo meat. The meat is in the form of four cuts of whole carcass (two leg and two shoulder) packaged in cotton cloth with the name of the client and expiry date tag attached on it.
